response from property -Caleb, if someone breaks into a vehicle we always encourage residents to call the police as we can not do anything as far as investigating/pursuing criminals. If your vehicle was broken into, please call the police to get a status update. We are sorry this happened.

|Recommended: YesMy Opinion On Fairview Apartments — Over all really convenient location Dilivery drivers have a hard time finding the building we live in due to no numbers on the end of the building towards the parking lot, always have to stand out by parking lot to get Dilivery of food, so thats an inconvenience

|Recommended: YesClean, Beautiful, Quality Living — This place is perfect location for everything and is right in the center of everywhere you need to go. From shopping to downtown to the Village. Everything is a 5-15 minute drive max. The entire apartments are very nice and well put together. You will have everything that works 100 and if something breaks the maintenance team is there to fix it within the day. There is a great hot tub and pool which is kept nice. The only downside is their lack of pet friendly apartments. No pets allowed besides service pets . I would live here as long as I could if they made it possible to bring in pets. I do love the interior style and modern carpet and counter tops. Everything is comfortable and relaxing. Not too close to any major road so the traffic is never heard.
|Recommended: YesGreat Location And Amazing Place To Live — I've been living at Fairview Crossing for the last three years and I've always been convinced that it is the best apartment complex in Boise Low noise level, great maintenance crew, beautiful grounds, and the friendliest, kindest staff you'll ever find. The folks at the office are accommodating, understanding and helpful, always providing great customer service. The apartments are clean and beautiful, extremely well maintained and only over ten years old, so you're sure to get GREAT rates from the power and gas companies thanks to the efficiency of the construction. It's a great place whether you're by yourself, just starting a family, transitioning from home to home or looking for somewhere to live after retirement.

The staff is always friendly, maintenance happens faster than any other place I've encountered, the place is beautiful and the apartments are very nice and spacious even at the size we have.
