|Recommended: YesGreatest Apartments I've Lived In — This place is awesome. The grounds are upkept, the neighbors are so friendly and my kids have plenty of other kids to play with at the apartment's playground. I can relax at the hot tub and play a little b-ball aswell.

|Recommended: YesNice Size Units And The Staff Is Stellar — Maintainance team is Expedient, competent, and proactive to quickly address maintanence concerns and regularly replace air filters and check fire detectors I have never had apt complex proactively do this, only reactively between tenant occupancies
Office staff is very friendly and helpful when needed and makes it easy to want to renew lease repeatedly rather than move when lease expires.
|Recommended: YesSuperb, At Great Price — Living at Fairview Crossing is excellent The proximity to necessities such as groceries, as well as to other amenities such as Barnes and Noble, or the mall in general, has spoiled me. One of the only drawbacks is that the traffic on both Fairview and Milwaukee can make for a challenge in leaving the community at times, but it isn't unbearable. There are, naturally, children that live in the complex, making a good environment for other children coming in. It can be a bit of an annoyance for those not used to children, or who don't like children, but for the most part, the children seem well behaved.
|Recommended: YesReally Solid — It's been great so far. However, I haven't moved out yet, which really tells what you need to know abouta reality company. The apartment is great. The maintenance is great. Everything has been pretty great.
