We're a recently arrived family to the Boise area and we've had a great experience with the staff at Fairview Crossing. We arrived on relatively short notice going into a holiday weekend and the staff took the extra time and effort to be sure that our apartment was ready and helped us through the move-in process. Everyone has been very kind and friendly. We had one minor maintenance issue and it was addressed and corrected almost immediately. We are very pleased to be with Fairview Crossing.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Experience — I have lived in Fairview Crossing for 7 years. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. I grilled multiple times throughout the summers, and always enjoyed being outside here.The pool and hot tub have made very memorable times with my children.
The townhouses are spacious and met my needs very well. The location is highly ideal, close to shopping, and I have ridden the bus to work on occasion.
The best part is the staff. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests. Better than anywhere else I had previously rented. The office staff is so helpful and always have a smile.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Live — Been here a month, now. So far, so good. Parking feels a little tight, in the covered parking. But, I am currently driving a Toyota Sequoia, which isn’t exactly “compact.”
Apartment, grounds, pool, laundry and everything is clean and well-maintained. Staff has been friendly and responsive. In fact, I felt compelled to leave this review after a member of the maintenance staff came and fixed my broken air conditioner, in just under a half hour of me submitting a maintenance request through the online portal. A couple of the neighbors have occasionally been loud, but not for loud enough or long enough to warrant a complaint from me. It’s just one of the small downsides to living in an apartment. Proximity to shopping is outstanding. In spite of its proximity to a couple busy roads, it’s recessed enough to negate traffic noise.
It isn’t a high-end luxury apartment, but it is far from being a dump. Four out of five stars.

Anytime that my wife and I needed something or had unusual request the friendly management team or always willing to help us out. I can't say enough good things about their maintenance team. When our AC unit went out on a Sunday, within a couple of hours it was fixed. When our refrigerator went out on a Sunday it was replaced within a couple of hours with a used one and within the next week we had a brand new one delivered to us. When FedEx delivered are expensive package to a wrong building, the groundskeeper stopped what he was doing and helped us find it before it was lost. My wife and I are very grateful for the management team and the maintenance team

|Recommended: YesGreat First Experience — This was my first time being out on my own and I must say the experience has been very good. Staff is super sweet and quick to respond to any questions or concerns my roommate and I had. Neighborhood is calm and quite, everybody keeps to themselves. The only small thing is our downstairs neighbors play their music past the quite hours, we've given noise complaints a couple times, nothing really changed but that's just the reality of living so close to others. Other than that I love this area and plan on staying for a bit. Stores are local, often just a walk away.
