|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Apartment Complex Our Family Has Lived In! — Property is clean and very family friendly. Maintenance requests are quickly completed. Managers and assistant managers are friendly and welcoming. Apartment is very well insulated and ambient noise is minimal. There is noise, but that's apartment living. I have not experienced/seen/heard any loud parties or riffraff. Surrounding stores/shopping make this a good location. Close to freeways. All in all, a decent place to live.

|Recommended: YesComfortable Adn Safe — Everyone is friendly. The playground is wonderful, as well as the open area that the kids can play sports or games. I feel secure in knowing that the kids can play outside with their friends. The staff and maintenance people are always friendly and will take time to stop and talk. All repairs, questions/concerns have always been dealt with in a fast and efficient manner.

I haven't actually had to use parking, or maintenance. I don't like that some sprinklers run still at 8:20 morning as they spray the sidewalk I must walk down to get to the bus stop. Also, I know the water doesn't absorb as well so it's a bit wasteful to run them that late in the morning.
