|Recommended: YesGreat Location, Views, Ease To Campus — Individual bedrooms
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live If You Like Cleaning. — The location is awesome, the apartments are nice, and having your own room is great, but the head manager almost makes it not worth living at Jordan Ridge. The cleaning checks that take place every 3 weeks are unbearable and not worth the 4 hours you put into cleaning just to fail. An extra $300 should be added to the rent to cover the clean checks that you WILL fail. Or they should actually clean the apartments themselves between semesters, instead of just saying they do.
|Recommended: YesI Love This Place! — The Ridge is awesome. I have lived in other complexes around town and nothing even compares to this. There is so much SPACE. I LOVE having my own room. The management is so fun! They have a lot of fun activities here for us during the semester. This really is the best place to live in town. I just LOVE looking out my window at the temple every day. We have a beautiful view here!
|Recommended: YesIt's Good, But Risks Losing A Lot Of It's Precedence. — I would say it's good, but needs some upgrades if it wants to maintain it's status as one of the elite approved housing complexes. It doesn't have included TV's like newer complexes, the club house is difficult to access sometimes, and the kitchen flooring is ugly.
It has great AC though.
|Recommended: YesI Love The Space!! Management Is Very Nice. — It's wonderful! You have your own space that you can escape to but everyone here is so nice and loving!
|Recommended: NoLots Of Space, Nice Having Your Own Room — The space is really nice, but you can hear your neighbors a lot. The window's are poor quality too, they let a lot of cold air in, so your room is always cold. Free laundry and parking is really nice though.
|Recommended: YesPrivate Bedrooms Are A Blessing — That the atmosphere is good although quite different than living on lower campus. Having a big kitchen and a private bedroom are the best luxuries a girl can ask for at college. I'd tell them that i like it.
|Recommended: YesI Love The Size Of The Apartment. I Love The Location. I Don't Like The Old Floors Or Carpet. I Don't Like The Maintenance. It Takes A Very Long Time To Get A Service If Any At All. — I am living at the ridge because It's a big apartment. I get my own room and it's close to the Temple. Most of my classes are on this side of campus.
|Recommended: YesThe Ridge Is A Great Apartment. — I would tell them that I like it a lot - the main selling point for the ridge is the single rooms. everyone wants them and that's why they remain so popular. if they weren't here i doubt they would be as in demand. i would definitely warn them about the internet. i've gone days without it which is ridiculous and is something that needs to be resolved.
|Recommended: YesA Bit Expensive For What We Are Given. — The apartment is spacious. A little run down and not that nice for the amount we have to pay. Nice that laundry is free but for the amount we pay in-house wash would be nice. Parking lot and spaces are a bit small and can easily get into a car accident. Upkeep of apartments seem to be lacking in staff.
|Recommended: YesAverage — private room.
|Recommended: YesLove The Space, But The Apartments Could Use Updates. — Having the space and your own room is amazing! Maintenance is decently quick to respond and fix problems. The managers are awesome and work with you on things, and they are nice which helps too. I wish there was better ovens and fridges in the kitchen though. But it's not a big enough deal to move else where.
|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live For The First Semester. — The Ridge is nice living in for the first semester. It's large, people are nice, has lots of room, and a big kitchen. It's pricey, but if you want your own room and a large kitchen/pantry then this is your place. However, the walls are too thin and you can hear people running and screaming above you and below you. The floors get dirty easily too. The biggest perk is you live near the temple. It's nice to see that every morning and evening.
|Recommended: NoWay Too Much Noise! Management Is Not Helpful. — Nice facilities but the complex has no REAL process to help some students respect others rights and needs. Just work it out among yourselves.
|Recommended: NoNice Image, Needs Better Maintenence — it's a good apartment overall, but needs better focus on the little things. i don't like how far it is and i won't be living here after this semester. good for some people but not for my classes and where my friends are.
