|Recommended: YesBest Housing In Rexburg — i love the ridge mostly for your private room and laundry services. it is very convenient to be able to study alone in your room. the staff is also incredibly friendly and are always willing to help.

|Recommended: YesI Love Living Here!!! — Living at the Ridge is so much fun! They have super nice apartments with lots and lots of space. I love that they also have single bedrooms with a closed in closet. The managers are the best! They are super nice and will pretty much do anything for you!

|Recommended: YesThe Top-Of-The-Line Apartment Complex For All Students. — I would tell them that the price is very reasonable, and very accommodating considering what is included in the monthly rent. You will not find an apartment complex that offers more than the Ridge period. The two fridges, huge HI-DEF TV, Dish network, DVR to record movies and shows, and cozy private bedrooms were huge highlights as to why I still continue to live at the Ridge currently. I can't think of another apartment complex in all of Rexburg that offers nearly the same amount of amenities AND includes timely service and an available manager to assist the tenants when they have questions at any time. Plentiful parking is a bonus. The noise is what you would expect at ANY complex in town, so don't expect perfect silence like a movie theater. The walls tend to be really thin... however, this is college. There will be noise at any student complex! Overall Go Go Go! Sign up NOW!

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Grounds With A Great View And Friendly People — I like that it's a relaxed environment where I can have fun and live like a boss. The management is awesome and the maintenance guy is really reliable. The Ridge also has an awesome view of the temple.
|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex In Rexburg For Students — You have so much more than other apartment complexes. You get your own room, free internet, free parking with tons of spaces, free laundry, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, 2 bathrooms, a huge living room, tons of pantry space, great water heater, a great satellite television package, big flat screen TV and tons more. This is the best place in Rexburg. The only thing that boggles my mind is why they have a hot tub and only permit men to enter even though they could enter through a side door. I do not encourage homosexual behavior however this practice seems to encourage it.

|Recommended: YesThe Place Is Very Nice — The Ridge is pretty nice, it's in a good spot if most of your classes are in the Benson or surrounding buildings. The people upstairs can get pretty noisy but that happens at any apartment complex. The clean checks aren't bad, if you fail you get a second chance before they steal your hard earned money.

i also liked not being paired with other freshmen... the older girls are really experienced and are willing to help.
the management team is so sweet and likes to have fun with the monthly events calendar that they personally hand out to every apartment... so thoughtful! :)
|Recommended: YesThe Price Keeps Going Up Which Is Very Stressful. — I enjoy having the comfort of my own room so when I need privacy or quiet time to get homework done I can. The ward has been great and there has been good response time maintenance requests.
|Recommended: YesGreat Space, Great View, Great Location — I love living here, I heard a lot of negative comments about this place but none were true! I love all the space we have (much bigger then pictures), My roommates are so nice, My FHE group is the best I have ever had and campus is a lot closer then you think only a 5 minute walk to the hinkley, plus you dont have to walk up to class you walk up to home which gives you a pretty good insentive, plus the parking here is free. I also really enjoy having my own room, I dont have to pay rent to live in the library because your room is so quiet its easy to study here. Over all great place!
