submitted by CYNDIE R. - |Recommended: YesA Good Value For Student Housing — It is really nice having your own room and the apartments are very spacious. The free laundry is a great bonus, but the limited parking is a problem.
submitted by Jeremy H. - |Recommended: YesNeed Hd Tv — I like living at the Ridge because of its location and because we each get our own room. Also it is roomy. However, we really need HD tv that gets all the espy channels so we can watch the BYU games. thanks, Jeremy
submitted by PAIGE H. - |Recommended: YesUnhappy — Was happy until my first payment notice was that we were late and had to pay a late fee.
submitted by Anonymous - |Recommended: YesPretty Decent — It's pretty good. I love having my own room with a view of the temple. I also like living a littler further from campus to enjoy more quiet than I would experience in lower campus housing.
submitted by HAILEY S. - |Recommended: YesIt Is A Great Place! — They are really nice apartments. The managers and maintenance get things done quickly!
submitted by Scott M. - |Recommended: NoLots Of Space, Poor Flooring, Slow Maintenance, Expensive For What You Get. — I would tell them that there is free laundry, lots of parking, nice to have your own room, it is a pain for walking- you have to go all the way to the entrance to get out- versus having a gate added on the other side. I would say that it really is not worth the price we have to pay in order to live there.

submitted by CYNTHIA R. - |Recommended: YesNice Buildings, Good Price. — I would tell them it is a really nice place to live. The apartments are very clean and the amenities offered are very good for the price I pay.
submitted by HANNAH H. - |Recommended: YesIt Is A Good Concept, And Size, But They Are Falling Apart. Not Enough Renovations And Replacements On Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, And Countertops Are Done. — It's nice, but there is no TV in the living room, my dishwasher is falling out of it's hole under the counter and hardly ever works, my cabinet fell off the wall, my kitchen/living room flooded due to burst pipes, my air conditioning worked only sometimes, the linoleum floor was torn up- some apartments had wood flooring which isn't fair, because I am paying the same price, and the white glove is IMPOSSIBLE to pass.
submitted by LEANDRA C. - |Recommended: YesA Very Nice Place To Live. — It is very pretty. Great people. You can hear all your neighbors thugh. And the guys who fix the air conditioning don't know what they are doing. They had to come four times to finally get it working. The construction is poor too. Most of the windows let in a draft and they can be hard to open. But overall it is a nice place to live. It's worth the price and the problems to have all the space.
submitted by NANCY S. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live. — It's great and I love it.
submitted by Samuel V. - |Recommended: YesNeeds More Accomadations For Students — I would tell them that is nice having your own room but other apartment complexes are providing new TV's for their tenants for their entertainment and I'm positive that by how much we pay here we should at least be given a TV for our apartment.
submitted by LEANDRA C. - |Recommended: YesAmazing — The people who stay here are nice. The apartment is very spacious with lots of storage space. It is beautiful up here with amaing views. I have nothing to complain about except that the windows let in the cold and the walls are thin. I can always hear my neighbors.
submitted by DOROTHY S. - |Recommended: YesWell Thought-Out System; Nice Sized Apartments — I would tell them that living at The Ridge is pretty cool. I like having my own room, having two good sized vanities and bathrooms, as well as two kitchens and a living room. Maintenance is kind of slow, if it ever gets done, but management is pretty nice. We also don't have to do coined laundry and we have a hot tub inside of our clubhouse.
submitted by DOROTHY S. - |Recommended: YesNice, But Slow With Maintenance. Not A Lot Included. — I would tell them that living at the Ridge is a nice experience overall, and that I love the space of the apartment.
