|Recommended: YesNice Apartments In A Convienent Area — The Fairview Crossing Apartments are a great place to live. Its located in a convienent area close to many shopping locations. They have many resources available to the residents. Residents have access to a on site laundry room, a fitness center was recently updated , a pool with a hotub, playground, grilling areas, and a main club house with the welcoming and helpful management team. They have many activities and contest throughout the year also. The community is pretty quiet, with not many disturbances. The staff do a good job of taking care of the grounds and apartments with routine maintenance. The apartments themselves are pretty nice. They can include a refrigerator and oven. The heating and air conditioning is nice too. The quality of the carpets, walls, cupboards, doors, etc are decent quality. They have a multiple floor plans to choose from when available. Overall I do recommend these apartments to others.

|Recommended: YesFriendly Community And Staff, Cute Housing — The apartments themselves are beautiful inside and out, and the parking availability is truly the best I’ve ever seen. Having friends over for dinner is never a problem because there are plenty of uncovered guest spots 99 of the time. Occasionally we do hear footsteps noise above us, but we have rowdy people above us so it makes sense. One thing that has been frustrating challenging is storage in our two bedroom two bath, there isn’t a ton of room to organize our things, particularly in the kitchen. It requires some creativity, but we’ve gotten to a perfect spot now

Currently we are a pet free community. We only accept "assistance" animals. We will be a dog friendly community on January 1, 2020. This has been addressed multiple times. Unfortunately, unless I get a description of the dog/owner or an apt number I cannot remind or fine the owner. If you see who isn't picking up after their dog, please contact the office. We are putting up six animal waste stations on the property. I really hope this helps fix the problem. We really appreciate the review and your feedback.

|Recommended: NoNice But Could Be Much Better. — I can hear my neighbors conversations through the bathroom. The head manager has an attitude problem, I loath speaking with her. Cigarette smokers leave their garbage EVERYWHERE, maybe the park needs to put cigarette butt cans strategically around the complex so my child doesn't pick them up at the playground. The layout of the apartments aren't awful, but there is no dining space. The space that is provided is carpeted and that's just asking for trouble. My two biggest complaints are the absurdly high speed bumps that have been destroying the under carriage of my car, and the roundabout that people can't seem to grasp the concept of. Redo the speed bumps to make them lower, you can see tons of scrapes and gouges in them from them tearing up peoples vehicles. And paint some arrows or something to direct the idiots in the correct direction in the roundabout.

I am so sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with living here. I am sorry, I don't recall ever speaking with you other than the few times I have called regarding animal waste and rotting pumpkins outside your door. I cannot put cigarette butt cans in common areas as smoking is prohibited in those areas. I will however be putting up animal waste stations so you can properly dispose of your animal waste. Our speed bumps are 5" high which is below the maximum height requirement of 6". I agree that people should know how to use a roundabout. I have sent out an email with directions on how to use the roundabout. We do have a second entrance/exit that does not have one. If you would like to discuss these issues and what can be done to make things better during the last few months of your lease, please come in. I am here from 9-5 M-F.

|Recommended: YesOverall, Its A Pretty Decent Living. — No big issues with the home or with the neighbors. The staff seems fairly helpful. The big issue are the speed bumps, nearly every one scrapes the bottom of my car no matter my angle or speed and this along is enough for me to deter others with similar cars away from these apartments.
