|Recommended: YesThere’s A Reason Fairview Crossing Is Ranked The Best. — It’s great I’ve lived here for about 2 years and it’s always been a great place to live. If you look online at Apartments.com or some similar site, you’ll notice that Fairview Crossing is overwhelming the best rated apartment complex in the area and it has far more reviews to get it there. Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, it’s completed within a day or two. Even during this COVID-19 crisis I had a maintenance issue and they had someone over to fix it in less than 10 minutes. The office staff are friendly and very professional. The grounds are always looking great. And, maybe less importantly, I feel safe and comfortable walking my dog through the complex in the dead of night. You’re not going to find the quality of Fairview Crossing for the reasonable prices that it offers anywhere else in Boise.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Very Quiet Place For Children — So far I have lived 7 months and it has been great, the girls in the office are very attentive and polite, Cristina and her Manager always ready to help you solve, the apartments are nice, in my case the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom has been great . The maintenance staff are very quick solving when required. In general the place is very good mm for children and time that they accept pets. Improvement Opportunities Cleaning and renovation of the parks. Installation of a duct for food odor extraction in the kitchen would be great .. And the carpet in my apartment is very deteriorated.
|Recommended: YesI Think It’s Great — It’s super close to everything essential that you need. Grocery store and Home Depot just across the street. Plus neighbors are super nice. Hardly hear them at all. Dishwasher is a little loud but that’s getting super critical on the the problems here. Other than that. It’s been nice here so far.

If there are issues needing addressed, they are quick to listen and respond. Our town home is very spacious and provides for our family of 6's needs. We have enjoyed the past 2 years of living here, and if it weren't for us buying a home, we would be staying

|Recommended: YesFairview Crossing — After recently moving into Fairview Crossing, Jaden in the front office has made life a breeze. She cannot get enough praise, but the grounds and home we are staying in are also very beautiful, can’t wait to see it in the summer time.
