|Recommended: NoBeautiful — Nothing
|Recommended: YesGreat Property Management. — Great apartments to live. Pricing is the best in town.
|Recommended: YesOverall Amazing — The apartments are absolutely amazing The only issues I have are my upstairs neighbors being way to loud way to early and way late. Also one staff in the office was a little rude. But all the other staff including Jaden are absolutely amazing and so friendly Apartments are great
|Recommended: YesOne Of The Nicest Places I've Ever Lived — This place is a gem hidden right in the middle of town. I was very concerned seeing where the community was at first, it's a pretty busy intersection, but it feels so nice and secluded while still maintaining a centralized location. Also the office staff are great I was so glad to see that they were onsite unlike other property managers. I've lived in apartments most of my life and this is by far one of the nicest.
|Recommended: YesLove Living Here — It’s a quiet place, the neighbors are nice and helpful. Love our bedroom. We haven’t had any issues so far with parking.
|Recommended: YesGood — Good
|Recommended: YesBest Contact-Less Move — We were hesitant about moving during the pandemic, but Jaden and Christina made our family move as effortless and seamless as possible. The timely communication we received was stellar, the staff was friendly and professional, and made sure to take time and answer any questions or speak to any worries we had. We cannot thank them enough for all their help during such a hectic year.
|Recommended: YesPrioritized For Care. — I'd tell them to drop their options and get their butt here The awesome staff that wants to ensure our happiness and the awesome hotspot that's available around us is irrefutable.
|Recommended: YesMy Own Review — I would tell them is a great option.
|Recommended: YesA Lovely Most Accessible Location With Great Neighbors And Great Staff — It's close to everything and you can't beat the price or the kindness of staff and neighbors.
|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — Please be aware that the model unit is significantly well maintained and will appear newer than units which have been occupied by various residents over the years. We were not disappointed when we saw our unit, but there was a difference. However, overall, the apartments are of good quality. Rent is a little higher comparatively to other apartment complexes in the area. However, you get what you pay for rings true at this property. For example, maintenance staff is accessible within 24 hours, 48 hours max, even on weekends. Other property staff also do their part. I rarely ever go to voicemail when I call for a question or request if I do, I am contacted within the hour either by phone or email. In summary, yes, a little pricey but the service of the staff is priceless. Happy to renew my contract.
|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best — This complex is probably one of the best I have ever lived in the front office staff are all super nice to
|Recommended: YesThe Property Is In A Great Place For All Things — I would be winded after telling people about how kind the Staff in the office have been, they have put up with my ageing laptop have seen me with high stress after a double shift not pleasant but they spoke to me with a respect and met all our needs for me to renew our lease. I thank them for being a great team off ladies
|Recommended: YesFair Deal For Apartment Size And Location. — The location is so hard to beat. There is easy access to Milwaukee and Fairview, which can take you to downtown Boise in ten minutes and about the same to The Village. It's also close to the mall and decent strip malls.
Walls and floors are thin, so I hear a lot of stomping and conversations. But the apartment itself is otherwise fine.
The grounds are massive, but is way too often over watered. I have stepped into massive pools of water in the grassy areas, making it muddy and getting my dog and I dirty. Sprinklers regularly flood walkways and the parking lot. I'd love to see a dog park area, possibly by the full sized basketball court, and the watering issues fixed, then the grounds would be hard to beat. They're massive and open and many residents enjoy being out there and a dog area would be so wonderful for everyone.
Overall, its a good price. Two-bed, two-bath for 1,083 isn't bad and the location is hard to beat. The grounds need some watering issues resolved and a dog park section of the complex. If those changes are made, it'll be a hard place to beat.
