|Recommended: YesThe Place To Live — Just moved into the apartment with two other roommates. Already I can name several reasons of why someone would want to live in Fairview Crossing.
1. Location of the apartments is perfect Next to freeway access, next to the mall, restaurants, stores, etc. Honestly couldn't ask for a better location. The apartment is secluded away from the busy streets but still have access to all the main areas. 10 10
2. The apartment complex itself is clean and has that community feeling. They have parks for kids, barbeque pits for get togethers, they have a nice pool, and year round jacuzzi. All the apartments feel close but still give you enough space to not feel cluttered with the other residents. If you're looking for a nice clean environment to live in this is definitely the place.
3. The apartments themselves. I'm living in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment, and when we moved in the apartment was clean and they had recently replaced the flooring which was appreciated. The apartments have central AC, clean rooms, and all at a reasonable price.
Looking forward to staying here for a while.

Fantastic amenities, great staff -- Lizzy was particularly helpful in and communicative in the leasing office helping secure the apartment. Feels like an oasis even though it's just off Fairview -- you can't tell with the noise.
