Very friendly and professional staff, great grounds and buildings. My kids also enjoy the parks very much. Very friendly to small or large families and with or without pets.

Other than that, I enjoy living here. My electric bill is insane with summer, but what can you do with that. Nada. Thanks guys.

The staff is very helpful and the maintenance has been there to fix things in a timely manner. This is an older building but I like it because the rooms are bigger. Looked at a new building in Eagle and after applying and finally being able to look at it the rooms were tiny Fairview Crossing has met our need for space for 4 adults. I like the fact that the grounds are kept up, the landscaping is done regularly and trees are mature and shady. I can enjoy it without doing the upkeep
