response from property -Cassidy,
Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, and are so happy that you have had a good experience!
|Recommended: YesNice — You can have your own bedroom and there is a laundry room on site. awesome hot tub and pool. Really close to school, so it is easy to get to especially due to the bus that comes every 15 minutes.
|Recommended: YesWonderful Place To Livev — Great place, access is amazing, perfect for activities, great people, and close to campus
|Recommended: YesWe've Been Pleased. — Unofficial student housing. Noise traveling from from upper floors to lower floors seems to be an issue.
|Recommended: YesSo Much Better Than The Dorms. — It is much more free than living at home or at the dorms (you have a kitchen!!!) and your roommates are there to help you get to class on time and to have fun with.
|Recommended: YesLove It Here! — Everything is wonderful here at Bengal Creek! You definitely get what you paid for and the maintenance is always on top of fixtures. The staff is always friendly and being a part of a student community is always a bonus to making friends at college! Keep it up guys!
|Recommended: YesA Great Home Away From Home — Bengal Creek is a wonderful place full of wonderful people. It is a home away from home for me and I would stay there all the time.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live And Go To School — Atmosphere is can be dependent on your roommates. If that is in order, management is great and helpful, as well as the staff. Facilities can be glitchy at times but it is dealt with in a timely manner.
One comment. I understand you want to advertise your events. Putting flyers on the door is not a big deal but I don't appreciate them on my car. That is my property and I feel it is inappropriate for that to happen. Also, my tires were vandalized while parked here. I was told it has happened before and that there was nothing you could do. I get that cameras are expensive but if this is a recurring problem then I would suggest something be done about it.
|Recommended: YesLove It But Wish More Was Provided — I love it! But I don't like how we have to pay for the fixtures for the lights and stove tops and wireless internet. Thought that was part of the rent but I guess I'll have to just deal with it. Other than that I like it here a lot and wish the handicap parking spot came with the handicap apartment ;) Thanks for being awesome!
We are happy you enjoy living at Bengal Creek. We wanted you to know the residents don't pay for internet. If they would like to upgrade they can. We are cuurently work on getting a new system that would even be better. As for the fixtures or stove tops, again resident don't get charged for those items unless they have been broken. Light bulbs that are burnt out have to be replaced by the residents and drip pan if they cant be cleaned. Hope this has answered some of you questions. Have a rest of a great year and we hope to see you back at Bengal.
|Recommended: YesIt's Cheap — I would tell them that it is a cheap place to live.
|Recommended: YesIts Very Social Here. Having 5 Other Roomates Is Fun. — its great the hot tub is nice and also the game room. its nice having two refrigerators and bathrooms.
|Recommended: YesBengal Creek Has Been A Great Experience And The Amenities Are Great. — Bengal Creek is convenient, inexpensive and has many amenities that you won't get elsewhere. However, they do have some strict rules for the protection of their property and residents. If you like to party and want to have them at your place, you can't do that here or risk you and all of your roommates each paying a $200 fine. Also if you like having your boyfriend/girlfriend stay over night, you also can't do that. All it takes is one of your roommates to report you and that's another fine. This is a fairly Mormon oriented community, and you can tell by the rules that it seems to be designed for their convenience.
|Recommended: YesBest.place.ever! — Its the best place to live! The apartments are really nice and it has a lot of fun stuff you can do! You get to meet a ton of new people and its easy to make friends! There is always something going on somewhere so you are never bored!!
|Recommended: YesI Love Bengal Creek! — Bengal Creek is a really nice place to live! The apartments are huge and very nice! The staff are very friendly and respond to your requests in a timely matter!
|Recommended: YesBest Bang For Your Buck. — I would say that it is a really fun place to live and it provides really great opportunities to meet new people. I love that we have a pool and a hot tub and a place to tan in the summer. Girls love it. I also really enjoy the apartments because we have our own space and Bengal really provides a lot of things for us like a couch, a refrigerator. I love it. I also love that we have a washer and dryer, it is realllllllly helpful. All in all, I LOVE bengal!!
