|Recommended: YesIt Is A Nice Place To Live, The Walls Are Thin But Overall It Is Good. — I would tell people to live here. It is cheap and nice and it is a safe area.
|Recommended: YesThe Property Itself Is Nice. The Appliances, Not The Greatest. — I would recommend living at Bengal Creek. The only complaint is the way the staff handle problems and complaints. I personally have had a hard time with how they have handled complaints. Also, for clean checks, they knock once and then unlock the door and walk in. Which is not always fun.

It's honestly your cheapest option for off campus living. It provides all the essentials you need to function as a worthwhile human. Things you wouldn't even think about needing until after you leave home and have to do it yourself.

No responsibilities for bringing furniture and you do not have to pay rent during the summer. It is strict on rules, has clean checks and the parking lot is not maintained well during the winter.

This great place has changed my college experience dramatically. I cannot express such gratitude I have towards the management and property. The prices are ideal for any individual who is starting their journey of the cruel and unforgiving college endeavor. Please, ask yourself WWJD.

Grounds and outside of apartments is clean and very nice. I really enjoy living here and would recommend Bengal Creek to students looking for a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesI Think This Property For The Most Part Is Decent. — The space overall is nice, the bedrooms have enough space for your personal stuff, the vanity and bathrooms are convenient, and the kitchen is nice and spacious as well as the pantry. However, the walls between rooms are really thin, you can hear conversations from your neighboring roommates, alarms, TV, etc. The staff are not always available during their posted office hours, and the apartment I lived in had constant maintenance issues.
