|Recommended: YesIts A Really Nice Property — The apartments are convenient for students. The rental rate seems fair with all of the amenities included. Each resident gets their own private room. You can hear your roommates sometimes but not all the time. The next door apartments are close enough for visits but enough space to not hear any disrupting noise. Parking can be a hassle but there is enough space to find a spot. The buildings and landscaping are kept together very well Things are always being taken care of in a timely manner. When a maintenance request if fulfilled, Bengal Creek management calls you to close out the request and ensures that you are satisfied. Overall awesome rental property and amazing service
