|Recommended: YesIt’s Good For The Price — Some issues with older used buildings but it’s still good. Also some noisy neighbors sometimes on school nights, but staff handles it well.

|Recommended: YesI Love Bengal Creek The Best Apartments Student Community I've Lived In. — I would say its a great price for great amenities and a new, clean, nice living space. The apartment is big and rooms are the perfect size. I have room for all my things and extra space Maintenence is great about responding and fixing any issues with the apartment. Management is willing to help with and resolve any issues as well. Great student community and so nice that there is bus that takes you to campus. None of the apartments I have lived in previously were this nice and easy to work with.

|Recommended: YesPhenomenal Place To Live For The Past Three Years. — The renters are kind and relaxed people that do a very good job of maintaining the property and addressing problems with the residents. I've never had random roommates so I cant speak as to what that experience is like. The bus stopping by the residence is a huge plus as an Idaho State University student. The clean checks are also a plus because it requires messy roommates to actively cleanup after themselves. Although depending on the RA that checks the apartments sometimes they can be unrealistic about how clean it needs to be. The managers however counteract this when they come around for the second checkup by not being as strict and evaluating the situation more realistically. It is a really good place to live for your money.

|Recommended: YesI Thought It Was A Great Property That Was Well Kept And The Staff Constantly Worked To Keep It Looking Nice And Kept. — That it is a great place to live. The staff is amazing and they offer great accommodations for everybody. Also they have a great facility to hang out with friends in the club house. The study room is very beneficial if they are ever looking for a quiet place to study that isn't on campus.

|Recommended: YesIt's Really Nice For The Price — There have been some issues with our lock on our door, and other fixtures in the apartment but they have all been fixed up till now There are also sometimes it seems the walls may be too thin, but nothing worth changing my mind about living here. For the price, and the location it is hard to beat. It's close to the campus, and to downtown if you're into cool storefronts. The bus too and from campus everyday helps to avoid worrying about parking.
