|Recommended: YesI Absolutely Love The Property Its Very Clean And Kept Very Well. — Living here is like living on your own, only with 3 or more roommates. The individual rooms are very nice and spacious, the kitchen has a lot of space along with the bathrooms. Management is very helpful, and the parking is convenient. Great place to live

|Recommended: YesA Fine Place To Live — Bengal Creek is the best alternative to on-campus housing. Residents can experience the atmosphere one would want from on-campus housing without the many downsides of ISU's on-campus housing. At the same time, it is nice to be able to get away from campus so that residents do not feel like they are at school all the time. For freshmen who do not want to eat cafeteria food for a whole semester, Bengal Creek is perfect since freshmen are not allowed at the apartment-style on-campus housing at ISU. I have only been living here a few weeks, but so far Bengal Creek has been all I could have hoped it to be.

However if you're handicapped don't expect to be able to use the VAN ACCESSIBLE parking spots because some residents think their entitled to it regardless of other's needs.
|Recommended: YesA Great Alternative To Living On Campus — It’s got everything you need and it’s perfect for students who want something nicer than the dorms while still getting a good deal. Everyone is super friendly and the staff are all very helpful. All in all it’s a great place to live.
|Recommended: YesGreat And Maintained Well. — I love it here. Great community. The only bad thing is that my room is by the pool and I can hear people all night. In addition, there are THIN walls so you can hear roommates.
