|Recommended: YesThis Is A Great Place To Be A College Student — Before moving in, I was skeptical of how it was going to be. Now, I wouldn't have it any other way. The grounds overall appearance is always clean and nicely kept. Maintenance is very helpful and respectful Anytime I need ANYTHING management is awesome and is there to help me every step of the way. This is an awesome place to meet other students with its awesome clubhouse and pool area It's been so awesome living here and experiencing the college life I would recommend it to my friends.
|Recommended: YesVery Nice But Could Use A Little Advice — I love living hear. Everyone I've met has been so friendly and the staff has helped fix all my problems. However, I moved in three days early and was charged an early move in fee, which is completely understandable. I had called about a month in advance to say I was moving in early, yet when I moved in, nothing was clean. The shower drain was completely clogged, the carpet in my room was disgusting and had visual chunks of dirt and particles everywhere because it hadn't been vacuumed. Everything was dusty and my door had been broken by previous renters I assume so it had a clamp attached to it and i couldnt open the door all the way... and I was trying to move my stuff in. The staff quickly replaced my door which was very nice and told me and my two other roommates who also moved in early that the cleaning ladies would come by within the next two days.
When the cleaning ladies came they refused to clean our bathroom and bedrooms because we had already moved in so they only cleaned the unoccupied rooms and bathroom. This really sucked because if I was required to pay extra to move in early, i would expect for my apartment to be clean.
|Recommended: YesReally Nice Overall — The only downside are the walls which are a little thin. Depending on how loud my roommates are being, it can sound like they're in my room or right outside my door even though they're on the complete other side of the apartment.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Place To Live, Always Room To Improve — I've never had a problem with noise from neighbors, only with noise between bedrooms. The walls are pretty thin. The parking is a little packed at times, and it can be hard to find a space within reasonable proximity of your apartment. There's also quite a bit of trouble with drugs and alcohol on property, although management does handle it very well whenever they can. Other than that, living here is better than living anywhere else while in college. There's always hot water, I love how all amenities are included with rent, taking advantage of all the provided activity areas is always fun, and at the end of the day it's great to have a little privacy in your own room. Some of the dorms don't even have a kitchen in the same building, so it's really nice to have a place to cook. Everything here is great.
