Resident Reviews
|Recommended: YesGreat Space, Needs New Beds. — The size is actually accommodating to 6 people, unlike other approved housing. They really need to replace the old spring mattresses. I have to use multiple mattress pads to make the bed sleepable. Other than that, it is a great apartment.

|Recommended: YesStandard Property, Nothing Annoying — The apartment has a high enough standard of living where nothing is especially annoyingly bad. However, everything is lower quality than what you'd get at someplace like center square.

|Recommended: YesWhile There Are Flaws. I Enjoy Living Here. — It's a nice apt definitely, the rooms are a great size and I like that they have two fridges. Sometimes it's a little stressed on parking when they get really full. But overall out of all the places I've lived this has been the best.
