submitted by Gregory G. - |Recommended: YesA Little Beat Up And Could Be Taken Better Care Of. — Its got a lot of room. The managers and CA's don't do what they say they will do at the time they say. Its mostly quiet, but as with any place a lot of inconsiderate students live there. Short walking distance to school. Try paying in person as the Ridge system is rubbish and always says you owe them money, but the managers will fix it if you talk to them. Clean checks are corrupted like wow if one crumb is in the sink you owe like 3 or 4 bucks, THIS IS NOT THE MARINE CORP Ridge , but just clean regularly and be friendly to CA's and managers. The hot tub is nice when it actually works, gym a good, they have a nice laundry facility, BUT they are adding washer and dryers to apartments which I think sucks an extra 50 to rent per semester now but hey what can you do. The friggin parking lot is really tight so BE CAREFUL when driving in and out, but you will find a spot close to your building. Wifi is iffy, but haven't had any issues for some time now. I would recommend but be prepared to deal with selfish students roommates.

submitted by Courtney E. - |Recommended: YesVery Peaceful And Private — It's very nice. If you want a place where you can be by yourself in a private bedroom, it is a good fit. It is not very social, but if you do have friends already it is a nice place to hang out as well.
response from property -Thank you for your review Courtney! We appreciate your feedback. Please let us know how we can improve your experience here even more. -The Ridge Management
submitted by Amanda B. - |Recommended: YesGreat — There is never someone in the office when I go but overall it is a great place to liive.
submitted by Isaac T. - |Recommended: YesAmazing Place To Live — The main selling points for the Ridge would have to be - Private Rooms - Free Laundry at the main offices Men's and Women's respectively - Kitty-corner to the temple Don't be fooled though. If you're looking for high-end appliances, granite counters, and basic kitchen amenities included you're not going to find it here. They do have a fridge, and compared to other apartment complexes have amazing counter space, and storage, for both kitchen stuff and excess stuff you don't want in your room, like boxes. A majority of things here have been well used but are good quality. The internet provider here is great, however, there are times where half the city of Rexburg is without internet . You won't regret living here. They often have promotions that drop the price by about 100 bucks, making it worth it. In summary, if you're not into high-end luxury and would rather live in a down to earth environment, with your own room, the Ridge is for you
response from property -Thank you for your review Isaac! We are so happy you have enjoyed your stay at The Ridge!
submitted by Natalie C. - |Recommended: YesIt's Very Nice And Well Kept — It's quiet, but easy to make friends and easy to get to campus
response from property -Thank you for your review Natalie!
submitted by Katrina V. - |Recommended: YesOverall Great — I love having my own room when I need some space, the kitchen has plenty of storage and the living room is spacious. Bathrooms are big enough for three girls each. But if you have a truck or jeep related vehicle the parking lot can be atrocious, which is the only downside I've noted

We have a great ward and the people who live here are very nice. I like having my own room so I can study and sleep. It's nice to have your own space.

submitted by Michael L. - |Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live, Especially If You Want A Private Space. — The Ridge is a quality housing complex with a great view and good perks. Your parking is free as well as the laundry. You'll have your own private room with up to five other roommates. There's plenty of storage space in the kitchen, a large walk-in pantry, and two refrigerators and freezers for everyone's food. The living space is large and the rooms are spacious enough to satisfy any need for space that you have. The staff is generally able to help with any questions or needs that you have, though they can sometimes be slow at getting to work orders. There are also two clubhouses for the men and women with many entertainment amenities that can be reserved for functions or parties. There are also two gyms with adequate equipment and hot tubs. Location wise it's far from the center of town, but close enough to campus that walking somewhere isn't much of a hassle unless you have something against walking. Also being right across from the temple makes it a great place to live for regular temple attendance. The only thing that could have made this place perfect would be having the washer and dryer in the apartment, then it would be golden. All in all it provides a comfortable living space that allows for independence and goo friendships at the same time. A great place to live for those independent souls and introverts alike.
response from property -We have enjoyed having you Michael! Glad that you enjoyed staying with us. Thank you for your review.

submitted by Abigail D. - |Recommended: YesThe Ridge Is Pretty Darn Great — It is so nice to have a my room as my own private space. The whole apartment is roomy, with amazing views of the temple . The pantry has a lot of space, enough for each of us to have our own miniature pantry. The kitchen worked very well, and it was great to have an actual dining room table.
submitted by Brandon N. - |Recommended: YesThe Property Is Quite Nice Besides A Few Things — It is nice living here for the most part but the maintenance is a little slow, but otherwise i enjoy the apartments.
