|Recommended: YesOne Of The Best Places I’ve Rented — Everything here is pretty solid, good amount of space for everything I have. Good distance from the school and church. Walls are a little thin, if your roommates are gamers you’ll hear them pretty well. But that’s the only downside which is pretty normal for college housing. Maintenance is quick to come out if you have any issues, everyone around here is pretty chill, plenty of space in the kitchen for everyone to bring all their stuff over. Living room is the perfect size, we’re easily able to have everyone in the apartment and more in the same room to have a game or movie night. For the cost I don’t think you’ll find any better.
|Recommended: YesPrivate Rooms Great, Just Stay Vigilant — I love the simple, clean and private aspect of living here. I got lucky with some fantastic roommates who are clean and friendly. he rooms themselves are good size and best thing is you don't have to sleep with another body. The internet is pretty decent if you LAN to your computer or other systems, the wifi can get iffy at times.
By one gripe that I have had for the 3 years living here is that some times you fees or added costs that really don't make sense or come out of no where. So make sure you document like timestamped photos or video your apartment before and after you move in and out.
The resident managers have been really awesome and have put up with me, which is saying a lot. They listen and are helpful with problems you may have. Plus they plan some fun activities for the residents to partake in.
I would recommend living here for those who don't want to sleep in the same room as someone else but have all the other aspects of the roommate college life.
