|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Ive Had — It's really nice living here I really like it. The only thing I've struggled with is some of the appliances don't work very well but this really is the nicest student housing I have ever lived in.
|Recommended: YesIt Is Good. — I like the environment and the people. It seems like everyone does their best to stay in their business and get along. I like the amenities and utilities.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place, But A Little Nosiy — I love living here. I've made a bunch of new friends but there are things I would change. You can hear everyone in your apartemnt when they are in their own rooms. You can also here people below and above you really well. I would also change the inslation around windows. The windows when closed still let a lot of cool air in.
|Recommended: YesThis Is Way Better Than Other Places I've Lived. — I would be honest and tell them that there will be issues where ever you go, but honestly, if you are kind and willing to contact the management, they have so many people on staff that are totally willing and are fast at helping fix the situation.
There are two things that I would tell someone to caution them. The internet isn't always the greatest, and even if it isn't managements fault, it is still something you're going to have to think about.
The other thing that I would tell them is that there are no lights at either entrance. It may just be a pet peeve and a misunderstanding on my end. I don't know if that choice was made because they didn't want people seeing where college students live, but me as a student, I would want more light I want to be able to see when I am driving in, if there is anything I need to look out for, and just in general, more light to help tell us where the turn is. I'm thankful that when I am coming in there is usually someone driving out and so I can see where I need to go.
I would tell them that this management staff is always willing to help you out with your problems in the household, and maybe if you go in enough, they are there to help you personally. But most of the staff knows you by name and apt number, which is incredible considering how many buildings, floors, and students they have coming to them for issues. I hope you guys are the ones reading this, I would like you to know that you hard work is appreciated and being noticed.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — The management has been so helpful with all of my questions, I get maintenance fixes in a timely manner and they've always been good, and I've enjoyed the environment around me. I love having a bus that comes here, a gym, a pool, and an apartment close to a laundry room. The noise is just because walls are thin, not because my neighbors are actually noisy. Thanks for making this an awesome place to live

|Recommended: YesI Love It Here. — I love living here. My roommates are awesome and management is super cool. For what you pay for, you receive so much. The only thing that I don't like is that our drains were clogged for a long time and we asked for them to be fixed. They said they were fixed, but they didn't do anything. I ended up having to take the drain apart and fix it myself. Other than that, this place is amazing.

|Recommended: YesIt Is A Pretty Good Place. — This is the first apartment I have ever lived at, so I don't have much to compare to. However, the only complaint that I would have is that the floor of my room was very dirty when I moved in. This wasn't hard to fix but cleaning up all the hair on the floor was not fun.

|Recommended: YesClean And Safe Community, Good For College Students — Bengal Creek is great. You can expect the grounds, facilities, and apartments to be clean. The apartments are very spacious, especially considering the price. It's not too far from campus, and you'll find many fellow students here. You may hear their footsteps above you, but nothing you wouldn't expect from a multi-level apartment. The staff is accommodating and responds well to any issues you may have.

|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Well Kept. — Bengal creek is a very enjoyable to live. Some problems arise in the apartments, but that happens anywhere you live I believe. Maintenance comes to help as soon as they can and are always willing to fix things. Management is very nice and has always been willing to work with me and fix payment issues if they arise. All you have to do is go talk to them.

Me and my roommates requested maintenance for our toilet because it keeps leaking and making a screeching noise and maintenance came and looked at it and said it was fine but we continue to have this problem
