|Recommended: YesGreat, Fast Maintenance, Little Noisy, And Gets Cold In Winter. — Best of both worlds, feels like on campus with the community and amenities, but has all of the benefits of living off campus. Walls are a bit thin, its easy to hear roommates and neighbors, so earplugs are recommended, and bedrooms can get cold in the winter, especially near the window.

|Recommended: YesGood Place To Stay While In School — Apartments are nice for a student focused on getting work done. Parking can be a bit tricky to find in the evening but most times of the day I can find an open lot. I worry that the staff may not actually be making as good of a check of cleanliness as is needed... my roomate has a odor that is going through the walls and I find very unpleasant. Maybe that should be noted. Other than that, great place to live.
