|Recommended: YesGood Affordable Place To Live. — It's a good place for the price. Rooms are plenty big although the walls are a little thin. Utilities and appliances aren't anything fancy but do their job for the most part.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place - Not Next To The Stairs. — The apartments are one of the best places I've lived. Everyone working here is friendly, understanding, and sweet. The people living here are also really good and amazing. The only problem. If you have a room right next to the stairs you will be kept up all night by people stomping up and down. Nothing can silence their footsteps, and you are basically doomed to a year's lease in a noisy room. BUT all things considered, I did sign again - moving rooms, though, thank goodness - and I'm very happy with that decision. While you are now warned about the stairs, that is honestly the only complaint I've found. The maintenance staff are helpful and punctual, fixing things within 48 hrs usually just 24 hrs, but I gave them a bumper because I can't remember if they had a specific promise or not to do so and I don't wanna throw them under the bus, since they're good And the staff working the main office is sweet, friendly, and helpful. Parking is pretty good despite how many people there are here, and you can almost always find a spot close to your place. Bengal Creek is honestly, an amazing place to live.

|Recommended: YesNice, Comfortable, Difficult To Find Parking. — It's a nice place to live. Nice cozy apartments, especially compared to dorm rooms. Bathrooms are not the nicest, and sometimes we have trouble getting maintenance. I personally have never had a bad experience with people in the office.

Most of the property staff are nice I have ran into a few employees the I had felt that were not as helpful to talk to at times. But besides that I think that Bengal Creek is the best place to stay if you are going to school at ISU.

|Recommended: YesVery Well Kept And Really Comfortable — The management is super friendly and really accommodating. They are totally understanding with any problems and great at helping to resolve them. The apartments are really well-kept and suit the needs of a college student really well. The kitchen, pantry, living area, and bathrooms are large and accommodate everyone well. And the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. With the apartments so close to Idaho State, it's a great place to live off-campus
|Recommended: YesPretty Place With Nice Amenities, But Still Has Its Problems. — The place is good quality. I have had more problems with appliances and WiFi than I've expected or wanted, but if I didn't have those this place would be worth every penny.
